Be mindful & present [⍲‿⍲]

Stressed out! Pause & breathe. Say uuuuu ツ!!, with your eyes closed If you have too much work to do, Just breathe. It will help bring you into focus and for muslim don't forget to perform solat - five time daily and prepare yourself to concentrate during your prayers.
As I write this, I have been focusing working on my second book with PTS Millennia Sdn Bhd and trying to become more present and mindfulness. [^◡^] Me happy now.
